Shipping policy
Order Processing Information
All Products are shipped 3-10 business days from order date unless otherwise specified, if turnaround times are delayed you will find that information in the website banner. This does not include weekends or holidays. We have no control over packages once accepted by the shipping carrier. Delays in packages after that point need to be filed with that shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS, etc)
High Demand items
High demand items include any items in the store that are currently viral, or highly requested. Please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for production of those items. There is no guarantee for holiday or rush delivery, and rush delivery will not be available for those items.
if you order a viral item in combination with other items in my store, your entire order will be processed within the timeframe of the viral item.
all items are processed as they are received, and in the order that they are received.
Order Fulfillment
After we have completed your order you will receive an order fulfillment email. Please allow up to two business days or tracking to update. During holidays tracking updates can be very delayed. Once you receive your fulfillment notification your order will be sent to the post office within 1-2 business days.
Shipping
Once your order leaves our store we can only provide tracking updates as provided by the shipping carrier. Due to shipping increases, you can experience longer shipping times. Expedited shipping only applies to the shipping time, NOT the processing time.
We work hard to ensure we have the items needed to fulfill your order, but sometimes products can be delayed in shipping to us. We will notify you via email if this applies to your order.
